Madison Club is a private residential community located approximately 25 miles south of Palm Springs, CA in La Quinta, CA. The community was developed by Discovery Land Company and offers premier golf and outdoor amenities. The to-be-constructed single-family residence will consist of five bedrooms and five bathrooms amounting to 7,526 gross square feet. The home will feature a guest house, 4-car garage, adjoining motor court, private lagoon, large outdoor entertainment area, and views of the golf course and Santa Rosa mountains.
